Lessons from Uber U.K. 

What is happening the last days with Uber is somehow a sign and some heads-up to a lot of startups and business models that disrupt with a traditional business model.

Uber has been involved with a lot of external battles, but in the London, after loosing the license to operate, they felt obliged to put hands up and admit the failure.

Maybe it’s not only London…other cities and regulators should have this strict position…sometimes, companies want to be as flexible as possible, in the end to make more money, and they forget about some essencial principles on the way…

Dara Khosrowshahi, who succeeded Uber founder Travis Kalanick as CEO a month ago, wrote in an open letter: “While Uber has revolutionised the way people move in cities around the world, it’s equally true that we’ve got things wrong along the way. On behalf of everyone at Uber globally, I apologise for the mistakes we’ve made.”
